Text recorded with this division

Anne Ruston

I move an amendment to Senator Chisholm's amendment:

Omit "not be referred to a committee", substitute "provisions be referred immediately to the Environment and Communications Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 6 March 2025".

Sue Lines

The question is that the amendment moved by Senator Ruston to Senator Chisholm's amendment to the motion on the Selection of Bills Committee report be agreed to.

This is the question as put in the chamber, with the name of the member who spoke before the vote. It isn't a summary of the bill or motion.
