How often members vote with their party
The share of votes cast by each party's members that went the same way as most of their party colleagues in that division. Australian parties almost always vote as a bloc, so differences are small: what matters is the number of votes that went the other way.

Who voted differently most often
Members ranked by the number of votes this parliament that went against most of their party colleagues. Free (conscience) votes look the same in the record, so this isn't always defiance of a party position.

Voting participation
Each dot is a current member: the share of this parliament's divisions in their chamber, held while they were serving, that they voted in. The upright line marks each party's median. Not voting isn't the same as being absent: members can be paired, on leave, or away on ministerial duty, and the Prime Minister and ministers often vote less.

How these are worked out
- Votes are recorded divisions from They Vote For You. Most decisions in parliament pass “on the voices” without a recorded vote, so they aren't counted.
- Each vote is grouped by the member's party at the time. “The party majority” is how most of their party colleagues voted in that division, not counting the member themselves; if colleagues were evenly split there is no majority and the vote is left out. Independents and presiding officers have no party to vote with.
- The Liberal National Party of Queensland and the Country Liberal Party are recorded as their own parties, though in Canberra their members sit with the Liberals or the Nationals.
- Donations are from the AEC Transparency Register, as declared by the parties in their annual returns.
