Wendy Askew
At the request of Senator Bragg, I move:
That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Treasurer, by no later than midday on Thursday, 2 July 2026, a regulatory impact statement relating to the decision of the Government to ban self-managed superannuation funds from using limited recourse borrowing arrangements to purchase residential properties.
Sue Lines
The question is that general business notice of motion No. 545, standing in the name of Senator Bragg, be agreed to.
This is the question as put in the chamber, with the name of the member who spoke before the vote. It isn't a summary of the bill or motion.
