David Shoebridge

I move:

That the Senate orders the Minister representing the Attorney-General to provide the Parliamentary Joint Committee on the National Anti-Corruption Commission, as part of its consideration of approval of the minister's proposed recommendation for the appointment of the National Anti-Corruption Commissioner or a Deputy Commissioner under section 178 of the National Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2022, with all primary documentation relevant to applications for the position of Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner, any review of the applications by the Attorney-General's Department, any panel undertaking assessments or conducting interviews, or the Attorney-General.

Sue Lines

The question is that general business notice of motion No. 555, standing in the name of Senator Shoebridge, be agreed to.

This is the question as put in the chamber, with the name of the member who spoke before the vote. It isn't a summary of the bill or motion.
