Text recorded with this division

Maria Kovacic

At the request of Senator O'Sullivan, I move:

That there be laid on the table by the Minister for Indigenous Australians, by no later than midday on Thursday, 22 October 2026, the final version of each question time brief or any other written material relied upon by the Minister for Indigenous Australians during question time in the Senate between 15 September and 15 October 2026.

Sue Lines

The question is that general business notice of motion No. 811, as moved by Senator Kovacic and standing in the name of Senator O'Sullivan, be agreed to.

This is the question as put in the chamber, with the name of the member who spoke before the vote. It isn't a summary of the bill or motion.
