Sue Lines

I'll now put the questions on the remaining stages of the Aged Care Legislation Amendment (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Aged Care Commissioner and Other Measures) Bill 2026. I will first deal with the motion moved by Senator Allman-Payne proposing an instruction to the Committee of the Whole to divide the bill. The question is that the motion as moved by Senator Allman-Payne be agreed to.

This is the question as put in the chamber, with the name of the member who spoke before the vote. It isn't a summary of the bill or motion.
